Abstract

Unternehmen suchen ihren Purpose, Beschäftigte streben nach Sinn. Dies tun sie in einer sich transformierenden Arbeitswelt - und wahrscheinlich auch, weil diese sich verändert. Wie lassen sich Purpose und Sinn aber so integrieren, dass sie als sinnstiftende Unternehmenskulturen einen positiven Beitrag für Beschäftigte, Organisationen und die Umwelt leisten können? Das Working Paper versteht sich als Auftakt zu einem fortzusetzenden Diskurs über das Konstrukt der sinnstiftenden Unternehmenskultur und liefert Hinweise für die Ausgestaltung wichtiger Rahmenbedingungen.
