Effizienzprogramme in den Group Functions der Automobilindustrie: Eine Bestandsaufnahme bei deutschen Herstellern und Zulieferern

Abstract

In der Covid 19-Pandemie verschärften viele deutsche Automobilhersteller und Zulieferer ihre Programme zu Effizienzsteigerungen und Kostensenkung. Im Fokus standen diesmal insbesondere Verwaltungsbereiche und FuE-Tätigkeiten an den Konzernzentralen - Group Functions. Eine arbeitsorientierte Bewertung dieser Programme ist eine besondere Herausforderung für Träger*innen der Interessenvertretung. Unterstützung erhalten sie durch hier erarbeitete Analyseraster, mit denen zum einen Group Functions und zum anderen Wirkungen einzelner Maßnahmen auf Beschäftigte und Beschäftigung im Unternehmen systematisch erfasst werden können.
