Abstract

Aufkommende Innovationen und Technologien werden für Arbeitnehmerakteure immer wichtiger, gerade auch im Zuge der weiterhin andauernden Covid-19-Pandemie und wachsender globaler Auseinandersetzungen um die sogenannte Technologieführerschaft zwischen Europa, Nordamerika und Asien in diversen Bereichen. Die Auswirkungen aufkommender Innovationen und Technologien auf Arbeitsplätze, Arbeitsbedingungen, Qualifizierung etc. müssen frühzeitig sondiert und bewertet werden. Das Projekt 'Monitoring Innovations- und Technologiepolitik' identifiziert Zukunftsthemen systematisch, indem es Vorausschau-Methoden einsetzt und diese Themen im Kontext gegenwärtiger und zukünftiger Arbeitswelten bewertet. Arbeitnehmerakteure benötigen solche wissenschaftlich fundierte Expertise, um Innovationsstrategien und Innovationsprozesse im Mehr-Ebenen-System im Sinne der Beschäftigten zu gestalten. Im vorliegenden Working Paper werden 15 aufkommende Themen aus dem Jahr 2021 diskutiert und bewertet. Sie werden für Arbeitnehmerakteure in einer Phase tiefgreifender Transformation erheblich an Bedeutung gewinnen.
