Abstract

Faire Anforderungsverteilung am Arbeitsmarkt oder horizontale Segregation? Welche Tätigkeiten werden typischerweise von Frauen gefordert, welche Fach-kompetenzen von Männern verlangt? Sechs verschiedene Dimensionen berufli-cher Anforderungen haben die Autoren auf Basis von über 100.000 Stellen-anzeigen analysiert und auf horizontale Segregation untersucht. Die Auswertung legt verkrustete Verhältnisse offen, macht aber auch Mut: Bei den zukünftig be-sonders relevanten Schlüsselkompetenzen wurde eine vergleichsweise geringe Ungleichheit zwischen Frauen und Männern festgestellt.
