Handlungsleitfaden für Betriebsräte in der Energiewende

Abstract

Dieser Leitfaden stellt aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Energiewirtschaft vor und beschreibt die für die Interessenvertretung von Arbeitnehmern entstehenden Herausforderungen. Der Handlungsleitfaden weist auf mögliche Optionen und Instrumente hin, wie Betriebsräte diese bewältigen können. Schwerpunktthemen sind Digitalisierung, Neue Führungsmodelle, Agilität im Unternehmen, Netzentwicklung und der sogenannte "Kohlekompromiss". Der Handlungsleitfaden soll einen Beitrag zur erweiterten Handlungssouveränität von Betriebsräten in der Energiewende leisten.
