Abstract

Innovative Technologien sind für Mitbestimmungsakteure ein wichtiges Thema, zu dem sie wissenschaftliche Expertise benötigen, um mitzugestalten zu können. Für die Ernährungsindustrie und den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel wird das Internet immer wichtiger. Im Rahmen des Online-Handels mit Lebensmitteln (Electronic Food/E-Food) sind bereits neue Geschäftsmodelle zu beobachten. Die Studie behandelt diese im Kontext von Anwendungen, fördernden und hemmenden Faktoren sowie der sozioökonomischen Bedeutung für die Arbeitswelt. Sie liefert auch Denkanstöße für eine breitere öffentliche Diskussion in einem innnovations- und arbeitspolitischen Kontext.
