Abstract

Das vorliegende Working Paper stellt ausführlich die Betriebsfallstudien vor, die in der Study "Dual studieren – und dann? Eine empirische Studie zum Übergangsprozess Studium-Beruf dualer Studienabsolvent/inn/en" verarbeitet wurden. Das Working Paper hat damit den Charakter eines Materialbandes. Es ergänzt die Study und bietet einen vertieften Einblick in die betriebliche Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung des dualen Studiums. Vorgestellt werden 20 Fallberichte aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, die auf der Basis von Experteninterviews mit Personal- und Ausbildungsverantwortlichen, mit Betriebs- und Personalrät/inn/en und mit Vertreter/inn/en der Jugend- und Auszubildendenvertretung entstanden.
