Chancen und Hemmnisse der Einrichtung einer Arbeitskammer in NRW

Abstract

Im Gegensatz zu unserem Nachbarn Österreich sind in Deutschland Arbeitskammern eine fast vergessene Institution des Korporatismus. Lediglich in den vergleichsweise kleinen Bundesländern Bremen und dem Saarland gibt es institutionell und politisch etablierte Arbeitskammern. Aber genau jene Arbeitskammern können durch ihre Expertise und ihre Netzwerke Antworten auf zeitgenössische Probleme der Arbeitswelt geben und den Wandel, der beispielsweise mit der Digitalisierung einhergeht, mitgestalten. Mithilfe dieser Studie sollen die Chancen und Hemmnisse im Hinblick auf die mögliche Implementierung einer Arbeitskammer in NRW aufgearbeitet und diskutiert werden.
