Lean Management in der Praxis: Kritische Darstellung der Kernelemente und Erfolgsmessung

Abstract

Seit gut 20 Jahren werden in Industrie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen die Grundgedanken und Inhalte von Lean Management bzw. Lean Production eingeführt und verfolgt. Inwieweit diese Maßnahmen jedoch im Sinne ihrer eigenen Zielstellungen erfolgreich sind, ist fraglich. Die Studie zeigt auf, dass es nicht nur Mängel bei der Einführung und der Verankerung in den Unternehmensabläufen feststellbar sind, sondern auch vielfach keine oder falsche Messungen bzw. Überprüfungen der Wirkungen der Lean-Management-Maßnahmen erfolgt.
