Digitalisierung und Entgrenzung: Welche personenbezogenen Merkmale beeinflussen die Gestaltung von Berufs- und Privatleben unter dem erwerbsbezogenen Einsatz von IuK-Technologien und wie lassen sich die Zusammenhänge überprüfen?

Abstract

Ausgehend von den Konzepten der Entgrenzung und Digitalisierung sowie dem aktuellen Forschungsstand leitet dieses Working Paper Thesen zum Einfluss von IuK-Technologien auf eine Aufweichung der Grenzen von Berufs- und Privatleben ab. Das Working Paper argumentiert für die Integration personenspezifischer Merkmale (berufliche Position, Geschlecht, Familienverantwortung) zur Bestimmung von „Risikogruppen“, für die IuK-Technologien eher eine Belastung, und solche, für die sie eine Ressource darstellen. Zudem zeigt das Working Paper, wie mit einer Verknüpfung verschiedener Großdatensätze die Vorteile der existierenden deutschen Sekundärdaten genutzt werden können.
