Krank - und in der ambulanten Pflege arbeiten? Eine Fallstudie zur Arbeit mit gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigungen in Klein- und Mittelbetrieben

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Fallstudie zur ambulanten Pflege wird anhand qualitativer Inter-views mit gesundheitlich beeinträchtigten Pflegekräften die spezifische Arbeitskultur in diesem Arbeitsfeld untersucht. Es wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie und unter welchen Bedingungen in diesem Feld auch Ältere und Leistungsgewandelte tätig sein können. Es zeigt sich ein enger Zusammenhang von Primär-, Sekundär- und Tertiärprävention. Die gegenwärtige überbetriebliche Unterstützung ist für Betriebe und Beschäftigte in Klein- und Mittelbetrieben unzureichend. Es bedarf daher konti-nuierlicher ortsnaher Unterstützungsnetzwerke, die problemadäquat auf die Arbeits-kultur und die jeweilige betriebliche Situation eingehen.
