Abstract

Welche Auswirkungen der Mindestlohn auf die Tarifpolitik seit seiner Einführung Anfang 2015 tatsächlich entfalten konnte, ist unklar. Das Working Paper zeigt auf, welche Auswirkungen der Mindestlohns auf die Tarifpolitik hat und welches Wechselverhältnis von Tarifpolitik und Mindestlohn besteht. Insgesamt wurden13 Experteninterviews in der Gebäudereinigung, im Einzelhandel und in der Metallbranche in Deutschland geführt.
