Der Umgang von Gewerkschaften mit Diversität am Beispiel von Alter, Migration und Geschlecht: Gestaltungsspielräume und Möglichkeiten der Einflussnahme – eine Literaturstudie

Abstract

Die Literaturstudie verfolgt das Ziel, einen Überblick über die wissenschaftlichen Publikationen zu den Positionen und Aktivitäten von Gewerkschaften zu geben sowie der aktuellen Veröffentlichungen und Selbstdarstellungen der Gewerkschaften im Internet in Zusammenhang mit Diversität. Der Fokus der Betrachtung wird dabei auf die Gewerkschaften IG Metall und ver.di gelegt. Das Verhältnis der Gewerkschaften zum Thema Diversität wird im Allgemeinen betrachtet und in den drei konkreten Dimensionen - Alter, Migration und Geschlecht. ..Als politische Akteure spielen die Gewerkschaften eine tragende Rolle für die Förderung von Gleichheit und Vielfalt im Arbeitsleben und in der Gesellschaft insgesamt sowie im Kampf gegen Diskriminierung. Die Literatur zeigt, vor welchen Herausforderungen die Gewerkschaften mit diesem Anspruch gestellt werden.
