Agrarökonomische Diskurse im Kontext demokratischer Legitimation, politischer Notwendigkeit und bürgerlicher Partizipation: Über Einkommensverhältnisse und ausgewählte Herausforderungen in der Landwirtschaft

Abstract

Vorliegender Artikel betrachtet aktuelle Themenfelder der Agrarpolitik und -wirtschaft in Deutschland. Kontexte der EU-Politik bilden dabei einen inhaltlichen und methodischen Rahmen. Von exemplarischen Szenarien in gesellschaftspolitischen Debatten ausgehend beziehen sich die Autoren auch auf Fragen politischer Kommunikation sowie Bürgerpartizipation und Interessensvertretung. Einführende Teile skizzieren Relevanz und Setting des Themas, worauf Ergebnisse der (Neuen) Institutionenökonomik und der GAP aufbauen; am Beispiel ausgewählter Interessensfelder werden Kernpunkte erörtert (z. B. Agrarsubventionen, und Einkommens- und Gewinnrelationen in der Landwirtschaft).
