Zukunft der Unternehmensdaten: Chancen und Herausforderungen von KI-Anwendungen im Spannungsfeld der Corporate Governance

Abstract

Während strukturierte Daten, beispielsweise aus ERP-Systemen, für Entscheidungen genutzt werden, bleiben große Mengen unstrukturierter Daten wie E-Mails oder Dokumente oft unberücksichtigt. KI-Technologien bieten Möglichkeiten, aus diesen Daten relevante Informationen zu extrahieren und Entscheidungsprozesse zu verbessern. Den großen Vorteilen wie Effizienzsteigerung und verbesserte Dateninterpretation stehen Herausforderungen im Umgang mit Datenmengen, Qualitätssicherung, Datenschutzaspekten und Know-how-Schutz gegenüber. So muss das Governance-Modell von Unternehmen angepasst werden, um die Chancen der gezielten Nutzung von unstrukturierten Daten und KI voll auszuschöpfen.
