Abstract

Affermare con autorevolezza il diritto dei minorenni di poter esercitare il proprio peso politico, che a tutt’oggi viene loro impedito, argomentandone la grande utilità per l’intera società. E’ questa la sfida che l’autore del saggio (LUIGI CAMPIGLIO)intende sostenere. La tesi, infatti, consiste nel riconoscere il diritto di voto dei minorenni, tramite l’esercizio del medesimo da parte della madre, legittimato dall’istituto giuridico della procura. “Prima le donne e i bambini” - Chi rappresenta i minorenni? – Luigi Campiglio (Professore Ordinario di politica economica presso l’Università Cattolica di Milano) Il Mulino – 2005
