Abstract

Bu makalenin amacý küreselleþmeyi Küresel Yatýrýmcý Firmalarýn (KYF), GOÜ'de yaptýðý doðrudan yabancý yatýrýmlarý (DYY) gerçekleþen üretim, verimlilik farklýlýklarý ve üretilen katma deðerin (KD) küresel daðýlýmý açýsýndan incelemektir. Yanýtlarýný aradýðýmýz sorular þunlardýr: Küreselleþme süreci gerçekten özellikle geliþmekte olan ülkeler için yeni fýrsatlar içeriyor mu? Yoksa küreselleþme, karþýtlarýnýn iddia ettiði gibi, KYF'larýn, dolayýsýyla da geliþmiþ ülkelerin çýkarlarýna iþleyen, küresel zengin-fakir ülke farkýnýn daha da açýlmasýna neden olan bir süreç mi? Küreselleþme, gelir daðýlýmý açýsýndan geliþmekte olan ülkelerin aleyhine iþliyorsa, çözüm küreselleþmeyi terk etmek mi, yoksa koþullarý daha iyileþtirmeye çalýþmak mý olmalý?
