Abstract

Analyses the prospects of occupation and the "employment problems" defined as situations considered non acceptable so that its needed policies to change it. The article was also published as a chapter of the book "Uruguay agenda 2020" coordinated by Rodrigo Arocena & Gerardo Caetano with the title "The world of work and non-work"
