Mappatura dell'efficienza energetica degli edifici scolastici: dove intervenire?

Abstract

La riduzione delle emissioni di anidride carbonica è uno degli obiettivi centrali delle politiche europee e nazionali in materia di transizione ecologica. In questo contesto, l’efficientamento energetico del patrimonio edilizio pubblico rappresenta una leva fondamentale per abbattere i consumi energetici e ridurre l’impatto ambientale. Questo lavoro analizza l’efficienza energetica degli edifici scolastici italiani come leva per la transizione ecologica. Utilizzando i dati dell’Anagrafe Nazionale dell’Edilizia Scolastica 2022–2023, viene costruito un indice sintetico a livello comunale e provinciale, basato su caratteristiche strutturali e impiantistiche. I risultati evidenziano una maggiore efficienza al Nord e una correlazione negativa con la temperatura media e positiva con il reddito pro capite, suggerendo che le differenze climatiche ed economiche influenzano fortemente i livelli di efficienza.
