Tjenesteytende næringer - økonomi og teknologi

Abstract

Med dette notatet ønsker vi å bidra til en økt forståelse av tjenestesektorens økonomiske og teknologiske betydning i Norge. Denne sektoren har nå et omfang som i seg selv skaper behov for en slik forståelse. På den annen side peker de klare tegnene på et gjensidig økonomisk og teknologisk samspill mellom sektorer og bransjer mot at offentlig politikk som har som mål økonomisk og teknologisk nyskaping og vekst, må være basert på en slik forståelse. Forhåpentligvis vil derfor dette notatet kunne bidra til en kritisk drøfting av tjenestenæringenes plass i en offentlig forsknings- og teknologipolitikk.
