Abstract

Dix ans après, sur fond de crise globale et de récession économique, le paradoxe est déroutant : l’euro séduit alors que la zone euro déçoit. C’est en effet dans une tension entre force d’attraction externe et force d’inertie interne, mais également entre promesses et accomplissements, que s’annonce l’anniversaire de la zone euro, région de la mondialisation où règne une stabilité sans prospérité. Ainsi, alors que l’euro a conquis sa place de monnaie polaire dans le système monétaire international, la gestion de son taux de change en a fait la victime consentante des déséquilibres mondiaux (...).
