Abstract

In tod?y?s glob?lized world te?chers ?re f?ced with the ch?llenge of m?n?ging multilingu?l students who c?rry ?ll the specifics of their multicultur?l b?ckgrounds ?nd introduce the l?tter into the cl?ssroom. This ?rticle will view the ch?llenged posed to te?chers, such ?s l?ngu?ge b?rriers (identific?tion of domin?nt l?ngu?ges, communic?tion difficulties), diverse le?rning styles (recognizing different le?rning preferences), ?nd cultur?l sensitivity (?ddressing cultur?l differences, cre?ting ?n inclusive le?rning environment). The te?ching method of Suggestopedi?-Desuggestopedi? invented by Bulg?ri?n scientist Dr. Georgi Loz?nov in l?te 1960s successfully de?ls with those ch?llenges. ? summ?ry of the principles of Suggestopedi?, the roles of the te?cher, the emph?sis on positive ?tmosphere ?nd the use of music will f?cilit?te the underst?nding of the method. The focus of the ?rticle will be the str?tegies for m?n?ging multi-lingu?l students in ? Suggestopedi? cl?ssroom, n?mely l?ngu?ge integr?tion techniques (code-switching str?tegies, l?ngu?ge g?mes ?nd ?ctivities), differenti?ted instruction (customizing lesson pl?ns, providing v?ried le?rning m?teri?ls), building ? supportive community (encour?ging peer coll?bor?tion, fostering ? sense of belonging). The ?rticle will offer c?se studies with re?l-world ex?mples of effective multi-lingu?l cl?ssroom m?n?gement. There will be brief future consider?tions concerning the evolving ped?gogic?l ?ppro?ches, integr?tion of technology ?nd continuous rese?rch ?nd innov?tion. In conclusion, by rem?ining open to innov?tion ?nd responsive to the evolving needs of students, educ?tors c?n cre?te ? dyn?mic ?nd effective l?ngu?ge le?rning experience th?t m?ximizes the benefits of Suggestopedi? in ? multilingu?l setting.
