Abstract

Монография посвящена исследованию проблем управления государственной собственностью, выявлению резервов повышения ее эффективности. Анализируются методологические и теоретические основы исследования практических проблем функционирования государственной собственности. Исследован уровень использования потенциала основных сегментов государственной собственности. Сформулированы предложения по совершенствованию системы институтов управления государственной собственностью. The monograph is devoted to research of problems of management by state ownership, identification of reserves of increase of its efficiency. Methodological and theoretical bases of research of practical problems of functioning of state ownership are analyzed. Level of use of potential of the main segments of state ownership is investigated. Offers on improvement of system of institutes of management by state ownership are formulated.
