Abstract

В монографии рассматриваются основные направления научно-технической и инновационной политики стран Центральной и Восточной Европы и стран СНГ, дается оценка состояния конкурентоспособности национальных технологий, потенциала их собственных инвестиционных и научно-технических возможностей для диверсификации источников технологического роста и избежания полной зависимости от западных монополий. Анализируются перспективные направления технологического развития России и перспективы выхода на мировые рынки наукоемкой продукции. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию экономических организационных механизмов, обеспечивающих модернизацию российской промышленности. The book discusses the main directions of scientific-technical and innovation policy in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS countries, gives the assess of the state's competitiveness of domestic technology, the potentional of their own investment and scientific and technical capabilities to diversify the sources of technological growth to avoid total dependence on transnational monopolies. The perspectiv areas of technological development in Russia and prospects of entering to the global high technology markets are also study. Recommendations for improving the economic institutional and mecanismes are given to ensure the modernization of Russian industry.
