Abstract

В представленной монографии дается сравнительный анализ перспектив развертывания инновационных процессов в странах СНГ в контексте построения эффективной экономики и мер по противостоянию глобальным кризисным явлениям. Исследуется современное состояние научно-технических потенциалов этих стран, оценивается уровень готовности наиболее продвинутых из них к переходу на более высокую стадию научно-технического развития путем постепенного преодоления зависимости от преимущественно сырьевой модели экономического роста. Рассматриваются приоритетные направления интенсификации инновационной деятельности, а также обобщается опыт становления новых институтов развития и других элементов инновационной инфраструктуры в отдельных странах СНГ, включая формирование сети технопарков и венчурных фондов. Анализируется ход интеграционных процессов в основных экономических группировках на постсоветском пространстве, а также показывается роль, которая отводится в этих процессах научно-технологическому фактору. Исследуется влияние внешних инвестиционных сигналов, прежде всего со стороны ЕС, на изменение качества бизнес-среды в странах СНГ, а также на активизацию инновационной деятельности. Оцениваются перспективы участия стран СНГ в международных программах научно-технологической кооперации. The present book focus on a comparative analysis of the prospects for the deployment of innovative processes in the CIS countries in the context of building an efficient economy and measuring to stand up the global crises. We investigate the current state of scientific and technology potential in these countries, estimate the level of readiness of the most advanced of them to tranzit to a higher stage of scientific and technological development through the gradual overcome of dependtnce primarily on the raw model of economic growth. We consider priority areas for intensified of innovation activities, as well as the generalize experience for the creation of new development institutions and other elements of innovation infrastructure in individual CIS countries, including the formation of a network of technoparks and venture capital funds. We analyze the integration processes in the major economic groups in the post-soviet stage, as well as show the role of scientific and technological factors in these processes . We also study the influence of external investment signals, especially from the EU, on the changing in the quality of business environment in the CIS countries, as well as on the enhancing innovation activity. We assess the prospects of the CIS countries participation in international programs for scientific and technological cooperation
