Abstract

Basing on the verbatim records of presentations and comments by the Readings' participants and the followed discussions on the main reports, the author of this article offers a brief analytical review of the XlX-th Kondratieff Readings on "Modernization of the Russian Economy: Lessons of the Past, plus Current Risks and Chances*. The review is structured by the same logic as the title of the event: (1) Lessons of the Past; (2) Risks of Modernization; (3) Chances for Modernization, and the vision of the given problem by the author who presented one of the main papers of this conference
