Abstract
The rapidly changing geopolitical situation, ongoing socio-economic and digital transformations predetermine the filling of the education system with new meanings and values. Among the many problems associated with the development of personality and its integration into society, especially when for the first time in Russia the concept of “traditional values” is enshrined at the legislative level, it is of interest to study the value- semantic priorities of modern Russian schoolchildren. The key strategic guidelines for education outlined in the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation are not in doubt, but it seems necessary and timely to update, adjust, expand and clarify the main directions for the development of education in the Russian Federation, taking into account the images of the future of modern Russian schoolchildren. Research object: value and meaning guidelines of Russian schoolchildren. Goal: to identify images of the future of Russian high school students (grades 9-11), forming in a changing geopolitical situation. Tasks: to analyze approaches to the implementation of state policy in the field of education in a changing geopolitical situation, affecting the formation of images of the future of Russian schoolchildren; identify the value and meaning guidelines of Russian schoolchildren in a changing geopolitical situation; build motivational profiles of Russian schoolchildren on the basis of value and meaning guidelines identified according to the results of the study; build images (models) of the future of Russian schoolchildren in a changing geopolitical situation, taking into account the obtained motivational profiles of students; develop and approve in RANEPA a program of advanced training for specialists of the general education system on the development of value and semantic guidelines for Russian schoolchildren in a changing geopolitical situation, including educational content (educational and methodological kit); develop methodological recommendations for federal and regional executive bodies that manage education on the use of images (models) of the future of Russian schoolchildren. Methods: methodology of system-activity approaches to research, methods of problem-oriented analysis, methods of structural analysis, content analysis, interpretive and descriptive methods, sociological survey method, method of generalization and extrapolation (interpolation) of results, methods of formalized assessment of the quality of information resources and the effectiveness of their use, methods of criterion assessment, qualimetric methods of quality assessment, methods of expert assessment. Results: an analytical review of approaches to the implementation of state policy in the field of education in a changing geopolitical situation, affecting the formation of images of the future of Russian schoolchildren; developed a methodology for identifying the value and meaning guidelines of Russian schoolchildren in a changing geopolitical situation, including diagnostic tools for conducting research; revealed the value and meaning guidelines of Russian schoolchildren in a changing geopolitical situation; motivational profiles of Russian schoolchildren were developed, built on the basis of value and meaning guidelines identified from the results of the study; images (models) of the future of Russian schoolchildren in a changing geopolitical situation, built on the basis of motivational profiles of students; a program for advanced training for specialists of the general education system on the development of value and semantic guidelines for Russian schoolchildren in a changing geopolitical situation, including educational content (educational and methodological kit), was developed and approved at the RANEPA; methodological recommendations have been developed for federal and regional executive bodies that manage education on the use of images (models) of the future of Russian schoolchildren in the implementation of state policy in the field of education and education. Recommendations: - the results of this work can be used in the interests of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Field of Education; the Department of Science, High Technologies and Education of the Government of the Russian Federation; the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation; regional and municipal executive authorities exercising public administration in the field of education; RANEPA for the development of scientific potential and the quality of expert and analytical work, educational programs, the development of new educational courses for regions and regional education authorities; the development of advanced training programs for managers and specialists of the general education system in the system of vocational training on the education of the younger generation of the Russian Federation in the light of modern requirements; representatives of the parent audience; graduates of specialized colleges and universities of pedagogical and psychological orientation. The results of this work can also be used to develop strategic directions of state policy in the field of education of the younger generation based on the images of the future of modern Russian schoolchildren.
