Abstract

The results of monitoring of public policies science and technology in 2009-2010. and evaluation of its performance in terms of objectives, indicators, targets, priorities and main objectives of the first phase innovative development of the Russian economy set out in the concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020.
