Abstract

The preprint is devoted to the study of mechanisms of the production of scientific knowledge in modern universities and other academic institutions. In particular, it is focused on relationships between scientific and education activities in the contemporary Russian universities, on strategies and tactics of the academic community during the execution of research projects. Additionally, the preprint concerns the study of assessing applications for a grant by experts of the scientific funds.
