Abstract

The paper presents the results of the analysis of approaches to determining the ratings of higher education institutions and their formation (taking into account foreign experience), approaches to the evaluation of rating systems in education (taking into account foreign experience), and the description of certain methods, algorithms and procedures for evaluating rating systems in education.
