Abstract

Today, only 79 subjects out of 85 subjects of the Russian Federation have the existing strategies of socio-economic development. Another five regions have a draft strategy, and only the city of Moscow still does not even have a draft strategy. At the same time, the analysis showed a number of significant shortcomings of the considered strategic documents. In this paper, we developed and tested the methodology for comparing the quality of socio-economic strategies of Russian regions.
