Abstract

The work is devoted to the analysis of the basic models of the formation of competitive strategies for the development of large foreign industrial companies based on the use of new technologies. New production technologies, promising for the diversification of industrial companies in modern conditions, selected as the object of study. The paper considers cases of use of technology by large foreign companies as a tool for maintaining the share of a mature market that has undergone transformation; as a tool of monopolization (oligopolization) of a dynamically expanding market, as a tool for the formation of new market niches, and also as a tool for keeping narrow niche markets.
