Abstract

Aflate la intersecția sistemului public cu cel privat și cuprinzând un număr de elemente de variabilitate, asigurările de sănătate polarizează spectru de interese, a căror armonizare se realizează prin intermediul guvernanţă corporativă. Particularitățile conceptuale și metodologice își pun amprenta instrumentarului utilizat pentru stabilirea tarifelor de prime, metodele fiind specifice asigurărilor pe termen scurt sau cu posibilitatea de renegociere regulă, anuală) a nivelului de primă, în timp ce metodele actuariale pentru produsele de tip multianual, cu primă constantă. în ultimul rând, avem de-a face cu o serie de elemente de marketing primă diferenţiere faţă de marketingul clasic derivând din caracteristicile particulare prin care deosebim serviciile de produse. cazul asigurărilor de sănătate, marketingul este supus și unor datorate sistemului în care operează, privit în sens larg - ca sistem financiare sau, în sens restrâns - ca sistem al industriei de asigurări.
