Palkkaerot Suomessa. Yksityisen sektorin palkkojen rakenteen ja kehityksen tarkastelu

Abstract

Teollisuuden toimihenkilöiden palkkaerot kasvoivat merkittävästi 2000-luvun alussa. Palkkaerot lisääntyivät lähes yksinomaan keskimääräistä korkeampaa palkkaa ansaitsevien toimihenkilöiden välillä. Lisäksi palkkaerojen kasvu oli huomattavasti suurempaa erilaisia lisiä sisältävillä kokonaisansioilla mitattuna kuin peruspalkalla mitattuna. Palvelualoilla työskentelevien ja etenkin teollisuuden työntekijöiden palkkaerojen kasvu oli merkittävästi vähäisempää kuin teollisuuden toimihenkilöiden.
