Abstract

Резюме: В настоящата работа се изследва и анализира институтът на академичната автономия през три основни периода в развитието на българското законодателство в областта на висшето образование от Освобождението до днес. Акцентира се върху съвременните правни аспекти на академичната автономия в трите ѝ форми - академични свободи, академично самоуправление и неприкосновеност на висшето училище. Открояват се съвременните тенденции в развитието на академичната автономия висшите училища след последните промени в Закона за висшето образование.
