Formations médicales privées à Kinshasa : qu’en est-il de leur émergence ?[Private medical institutions in Kinshasa: what about their emergence?]

This article reviews the constraints faced by actors private health authorities in the city of Kinshasa with regard to the fixing of care. These constraints result in high health care costs. This which in turn raises the problem of the affordability of households to medical services in a context of poverty; who prevents the achievement of economies of scale by these providers private. To allow the development of private initiative in this sector some measures are necessary.
