Abstract

Remuneration in the context of the reform is the realignment of salary system linked to performance appraisal system. Remuneration in the police environment is an integral part of bureaucratic reform policy, motivated by the awareness of the government's commitment to achieve at the same time clean and good governance. Issues examined in this study is how much influence the remuneration to the performance of police members Polsekta Tanah Jawa with the number of respondents as many as 52 people. While the purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of remuneration to the performance of the police Polsekta Tanah Jawa with data analysis method that is classical assumption, hypothesis testing and regression analysis simple with the help of a computer program SPSS 18.0 version. The survey results revealed, remuneration significant effect on the performance of members of the Police Polsekta Tanah Jawa. This means that any increase in the remuneration of members of the police will improve the performance of Polsekta Tanah Jawa with simple linear regression equation obtained Y = 23.678 + 0,158X. It can be expressed by the event of an increase in the remuneration of the unit will result in increased performance of 0.158 and vice versa in case of a decrease in the remuneration of the unit will decrease performance of 0.158.
