Abstract

In article the economic nature of education as public benefit is considered. The education role is estimated at evolutions of modern society as priority direction of growth of welfare of all members of society. The attention of category of quality of education which is understood as a form of permission of a contradiction between personal and public interests, between a market mechanism of reproduction and state regulation of an education system
