Studiu privind percepția managerilor asupra necesarului de training
[Study on the perception of managers on training needs]

Abstract

Nearly half of Romanian managers came in leading positions without having had studies in the field, and reading a management study was a rare thing to them. The need for training and consulting business is big enough, the most frequently mentioned the need for marketing courses. So revealed in the latest study by the Bureau of Social Research at the National Foundation of Young Managers command among more than 300 managers, with a length depending ranging from a few months to 39 years.
