Abstract

We propose a new scientific framework for understanding economic activity as a physical process governed by scarcity, energy transformation, and purposive action by intelligent agents. This framework, Equitable Equilibrium Network Economics (ENE), grounds economic concepts — including value, utility, and price — in a coherent physical ontology, deriving them from first principles rather than assumption. The result is a system in which human capabilities and material resources can be continuously and efficiently matched to human wants giving rise to an economic architecture capable of achieving universal productive participation (zero unemployment), eliminating structural poverty, and substantially increasing human welfare.
