Abstract

Резюме: В изследването се анализират някои въпроси относно размера и структурата на капитала на фондовата борса, която е търговец със специфичен правен статут. Направено е сравнение между съответните разпоредби от общия Търговски закон и специалния Закон за ценните книжа, фондовите борси и инвестиционните дружества. Въз основа на анализа са направени предложения de lege ferenda за промени в действащото законодателство.
