[The artificial intellect in the higher education – for the limits and the ethical norms]

Abstract

The present work puts on the fi eld of the doctrinal debates question related to the application of Artifi cial Intellect in the sphere of higher education. The report has a complex character, combining different points of view of the problem, examined through the prism of the legal and ethical norms. The authors aim to consider questions that are not only of practical importance in view of the growing application of AI in education, including higher education, but to outline the challenges and boundaries of legal regulation and ethical norms. As a result of the analysis, conclusions and summaries and specifi c proposals were made.
