[A survey regarding the tourists’ opinions in the Bulgarian sea resort “Albena” on the use of furniture with hidden compartments in hotel rooms as an alternative form of protection of items and valuables]

Abstract

Основна цел на разработката е да се очертаят мнения на туристи относно използването на мебели с тайници, монтирани в хотелските им стаи. Това се разглежда от автора като възможност за превенция от кражби, както и иновативна форма за комуникация и взаимодействие с туристите. Обект на анализ са български и чуждестранни туристи в к.к. „Албена“. Първичните данни са събрани чрез анкетно проучване на място на територията на курорта през месеците юни-юли 2021 г. Изследването на статистически връзки и зависимости е направено на база дисперсионен анализ (One – way ANOVA)и Хи квадрат – анализ (χ2). Основни заключения от изследването са, че туристите считат текущо използваните от хотелите устройства и системи за осигуряване на безопасност за достатъчно ефективни, докато мебелите с тайни отделения имат предимно рекламна цел.
