Abstract

In the report is made a normative analysis of the administrativelaw procedures for consumer protection. The public law regime of protection of the consumer rights results from their public significance and the need of protection by the state of the vulnerable side (consumers) in this type of relations. Based on the normative analysis are made conclusions and summaries concerning the application of the legal regulation in the area of consumer protection through the prism of the administrative law.
