Az államadósság kezelésének prevenciós és rehabilitációs stratégiái

Abstract

Ez a dolgozat a GDP-arányos államadósság alakulásának problémájával, elsősorban a csökkentés lehetőségeinek stratégiai kérdéseivel foglalkozik a Mellár (2002) tanulmányában ismertetett nemlineáris kétegyenletes modell folytonos változatának felhasználásával. Az adósság-GDP hányad alakulását meghatározó objektív tényezők bemutatása után elkülönítjük az államadósság kezelésének primer és szekunder prevenciós, valamint rehabilitációs és preventív stratégiáit. Megmutatjuk, milyen előnyökkel járna a Magyarországon követett rehabilitációs stratégia valamely prevenciós stratégiával történõ felváltása.
