Abstract

Explica las características de la situación actual de la extracción de los recursos naturales en el Perú desde el punto de vista económico, social y legal. También, da a conocer estudios de casos: Compañía Minera Antamina S.A. , Tintaya-Xtrata, el Proyecto Minero Toromocho-Chinalco y el caso de Camisea.
