Generación de empleo en el Perú : seis casos recientes de éxito

Abstract

Analizan seis casos de éxito empresarial y generación de empleo no precario en los últimos años en el Perú, con el objeto de identificar lecciones de estrategia empresarial y espacios para la acción pública que faciliten la diversificación de estos casos exitosos: 1) El boom de agroexportaciones y el caso de Agrokasa; 2) La cadena de la alpaca y el caso del Grupo Inca; 3) Las exportaciones de confecciones de algodón y el caso de Topy Top; 4) La revolución gastronómica y el caso de Gastón Acurio; 5) Gastronomía: el caso de la calle Capón y el Wa Lok; 6) El auge del supermercadismo y el caso del Grupo Wong.
