Abstract

Persaingan antara manusia telah menciptakan inovasi dan kreatifitas, dan setiap kompetisi yang ada dalam sistem yang positif akan menciptakan manusia - manusia yang unggul dan kreatif. Perlu dipahami, alasan persaingan yang tidak terfokus pada hal - hal kemajuan kualitas manusia, hanya akan menciptakan malapetaka, lebih - lebih kalau persaingan tersebut menghasilkan dampak negatif kepada lingkungan sekitarnya. Dalam dunia persaingan, tugas utama pengusaha adalah menggaet pelanggan sebanyak mungkin, baik pelanggan baru maupun pelanggan lama, dan juga bagaimana cara mematikan laju perkembangan pesaing. Dengan demikian, dalam menjalankan strategi perusahaan yang kompetitif, seorang pengusaha diharapkan untuk terusmenerus mengetahui dan memantau setiap gerak-gerik pesaing.
