Abstract

Orientasi kewirausahaan merupakan pengambilan putusan dalam sebuah organisasi yang mencerminkan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan inovasi, mengelola risiko, serta proaktif dalam menghadapi pelanggan. Hal tersebut memungkinkan perusahaan mencapai target kinerja yang diharapkan, melalui peningkatan kemampuan penjualan.
