Koučování jako pomáhající profese

Abstract

Stať pojednává o koučování jako pomáhající profesi. Cílem je poznat dopady odborné způsobilosti koučování na profesní výkon kouče a určit, které výstupy odborné kvalifikace kouče mají být obsaženy v Národní soustavě kvalifikací České republiky. První kapitola stati popisuje Národní soustavu kvalifikací České republiky a Etickou platformu profesních organizací koučů jako nástroj k rozvoji odborné kvalifikace v koučování. Druhá kapitola představuje úrovně nároků na kouče v pojetí práce - tým - organizační kultura a vysvětluje systém základních kompetencí kouče. Třetí kapitola zdůrazňuje význam výzkumu v koučování pro hodnocení přínosu a významu teorie. Závěr hájí vědecké ověřování účinnosti procesu koučování.
